I used your FastPay for the first time today March 13, 2019. My name is David Wayne McCannon and I used washer # 24. The price said $4 to wash. My card was charged $15? Is there any hidden or additional fees? I had to swipe my card 3 times. Dave

Hi David. The $15 is only a temporary hold. The amount you spent on the washer and any dryers you used in the laundry will post within 1-4 days depending on your bank. In our experience it usually clears within 1 day. If you have any other questions please call the laundry at 706-850-8535 from 8am to 7pm to speak with an attendant.

No u should call them but most likely they charge your card 15 just to cover themselves Like as if its a prepaid card and you take the money off before their charge clears but they relese it in a short while few hours to a day.this happened to me at a gas pump with a prepaid visa before its new to business but i have used a card b4 and i only paid what it said good luck.
