That is always a risk eating raw seafood. I have probably eaten raw every time I've gone there and it had been great. Always fresh.
That's no fun! Food borne illness is a tricky one as it can manifest 12-48 hours or more, or even less. I'm not saying it was not the soup or tuna but think back with your symptoms and when you both started feeling bad. If you really feel it was their fault maybe call and put in your concerns. I know I'd like to check into it if I owned a food service business. I hope it's a quick sick and you get back to having fun.
When you consuming raw sea food, there is always chance your stomach won't take it right.
