I don't wait if the line is ridiculous. People can only do so much. It's a busy location... I try to be understanding given the situation we're in. Most places are short staffed. Good for these guys for working for their money instead of sitting home on unemployment. That being said.. My coffee is always made exactly how I ask for it when I come here, which I can't say for any other location in the area.
