Yes they do 5-7am but best to call them to confirm. I received a email from them saying it is true. But I still would call them.
I would speak to them over the phone. Hearsay isn't reliable. Unless you hear it from someone credible, I wouldn't proceed, but it's your choice. Give them a call.
