Bought a few things vibrator worked once then would turn on randomly on its own i would turn it off then it just wouldn’t turn off literally had to break it to get it to stop so embarrassing it’s a small concealable item that made me so …Thank you for your review, Krystal, and for shopping at our Madison location. A similar thing happened to me when I was staying the night at a friend's house. My electric razor went off in my overnight bag. 😳 You're correct... embarrassing. We're sorry to hear that your toy did not work the way it was supposed to. For any and all future toy purchase (through us or our competition), you can increase the longevity of any toy that requires batteries by removing the batteries when not in use. Batteries over time can build up pressure and can leak destroying the toy and/or other things around it. Unfortunately, we don't do returns or exchanges, but almost every product we sell has a manufacturer's warranty. Try checking to see if there is a manufacturer warranty so they can send you a brand new toy. We will also pass along your kind words to the staff. Well lit sales floor with open layout and good selection and friendly staff to help with your purchase. Don't judge this book by its cover; the painted front windows and back-alley-like entrance hide a clean, organized and well-maintained shop.
