Called corporate, they were not helpful at all. Only told me to go in person. I visited already beforehand, left my name and number, and they have not contacted me back.
Maybe you should revisit that same location physically or call Starbucks corporate office to get in contact with the specific location that you visited. Or to contact them via email if the branch phone is still not working... Good luck and let me know how it turns out for you Ms. Stephanie Alvarez.
