I was very disappointed and irritated coming to this Starbucks. First issue was when I went to give the cashier my phone to scan my points, she told me I needed to pay first. I had never heard of this before so I gave her my payment, then my 2 drinks took forever to come out and both blended drinks were all separated. I asked her if I could scan now and she told me no cause I already paid! 🤦🏻‍♀️ The cherry on top was she gave me one of my drinks and the lid wasn't on correctly and when I handed it to my son in the backseat, it spilled all over my car so now I have to spend more money out of my pocket to get it detailed. I wont ever come back to this Starbucks.

This is my “default” Starbucks location because it’s the one closest to my home. Located across the street from Gulfgate mall in a strip center, which also houses a FedEx & a Verizon store, this location has a lot of walk in traffic, but definitely has its lulls usually during mid afternoon hours. Outdoor seating is very limited and indoors, especially compared to other locations, is also limited. Service is usually pretty good, but this location appears to have a lot of turnover and that can impact service at times. Finally, for those who are concerned about safety, this location is also right across the street from the Precinct 6 Constables Dept.headquarters (also in Gulfgate) & the Verizon store usually has off duty law enforcement officers working security.

It’s okay. Super long lines because there are only a handful of Starbucks on the east side. Constantly get my drink wrong. I highly recommend using the app to order your drinks so it can be done right.
