Is the whole hall supposed to smell like a dead body. Or is there supposed to be black mold above the bathroom door. Or or better yet is the toilet actually supposed to flush. All questions i asked myself while staying in room 211

Wow, not at all. It wasn't like that for me, but it sounds like the management and staff are flunking in their duties. Perhaps you should document it and send a well deserved nasty note to corporate.
