Canceled our reservation and never told us. Never sent an email or anything. Just straight up canceled the room. We had a confirmation email and number and everything. They basically said just said "no." There were no other rooms available. Receptionist was wildly indifferent and u helpful. Didn't apologize or even feign any concern. No helping us find a new room, no nothing. 0/10. Don't come here unless you want them to decide to arbitrarily derail your trip because they are not competent.

The room was very humid no matter how we adjusted the a/c heater. The shower didn't drain well. My bed really sagged and was very uncomfortable. Sink area was very small. We picked this hotel because breakfast sounded impressive. It was not. I will never stay here again.

Room was not very clean. Toilet seat was not screwed onto toilet well (we fixed it ourselves.) Shower drained very slowly- filled during shower. Breakfast- with still an hour left of it being served- was out of coffee cups. No fruit, no bagels, a few slices of white bread, some pre- packaged pastries. Waffles were good- one iron available.

Not very happy. For a Choice hotel franchise I guess we expected much more. 1st room we were in the ceiling was leaking bad! Standing water on bathroom floor. The front desk girl was very nice & moved us to second floor. This room had a "portable" AirConditioner with hose sticking out of window, the room was so warm we didnt sleep only about two hours. Deadbolt Locks on door are broken. Floors were yuck so we Kept our shoes on. Sheets were clean and were only there about 5 hours but being a choice member we usually can count on a nice clean room.
