Do they ever open on time as stated on the sign on the front of the door?

Yes.

The first time I went there I got there early and they opened the store at the time posted on the door.

I've never had a problem with their hours of operation. It's possible they have different hours because of Covid. Update; I just called and they are open! I find if the door is a locked, a phone call will always open it right up!
