Pretty sure they do. I think I've bought them on cash back sites or even from Groupon and seems like I bought 4 or 5 for $20-25 each and got one card for $10-20 free. (don't quote me as 100% on the extra info, tho I'd check it out to be sure...it might have been cards for the coffee shop or the bagel place now that I think back)
Absolutely. They even run some promotions on gift cards from time to time. Join Denny's rewards club, and you will get emails on such promotions, free birthday meal, or coupons.
