Not sure how this branch has 2 stars but Juan the financial manager assisted both my mom and myself yesterday. He was absolutely friendly and very helpful! There is only 1 teller so it is a bit of a wait if you don't need a check cashed or to make a deposit. Everyone that I interacted with was friendly.We appreciate you coming in. If I could give 0 stars I would! Absolutely the worst bank I've ever been to. Only one teller counter inside, but 5 managers to start accounts...and a host?!?!?! 5 drive thru lanes, and they're never open! Worse customer service Ive ever had the misfortune of being apart of. Waited an hour for nothing, and two groups of people we're dealt with before I was even acknowledged. I had to ask how much longer i had to wait JUST for them to even ask me what i needed. Go to a different branch, this BOA is a POS.
