No maam. It was a sunday evening around 7pm with a party of 8 and no wait. Only issue is that after we place our food and drink order, the hostess came and reseated us because of a handicap issue. When we left, there wasnt a sole at the table they reseated us at. Just inconvenient having to reorder food and drinks. Food was average but waiter was OCD and great.
Yes, they will generally let you know if they have a wait. They like you to be there 15 minutes before your wait ends in case they can seat you early. We've never had to wait long when we've used it.

Last time i tried calling ahead i still had a 30 min wait upon my arrival. Depends on how busy they really are, was Friday night 7pm.

Yes and I use it all the time there you generally want to call at least an hour before your arrival time you want to plan on actually giving them a time to be seated about 5 minutes after your arrival time that away we need check-in they'll them put you at the very next table
