Yes, the mall loans out wheel chairs. Just have to leave your drivers license with them until it's returned. I would call mall office to reserve one in advance.

Yes, they do run out. It is a first come first serve on manual wheelchairs. And a long wait a lot of the times if you have to wait on one. I once waited over two hours for one Last year before going and buying my own. Remember people borrow them to shop. And like whoever had borrowed one before me that day. I to would have want to use one for hours had I actually got one to browse and shop.
