Why and when are ta going out service has went out the window and nothing ever works . Do we need to start using different truck stops

Well for one thing ta and Petro weren't going out of business so I don't know what you're talkin about and you always have Pilot Flying J and Love's

Not sure what exactly is the question. But the stores are not all the same, locations vary greatly, as well as the service. If there is one or two locations that does not meet your standards or needs, then contact the corporate location and see what you can do to get that location changes for the better.
