Not at the marsh. But about a mile or 2 from there at state park you can swim there.
The park is right next to the Marsh. much of the marsh runs the length of the park between the park and the beach. You have to walk about the length of 1 1/2 city blocks to reach the beach from the parking lot. Only one end, near the wooden boardwalk, is prepared and maintained for swimming.
