Why are you guys always out of souffles? I have placed a breakfast order, with a pick-up time of 20 minutes later, to only find out once I get there that you are out of souffles. But if I "would like to wait 27 minutes" one can be cooked... really?

If they get an order why didnt they make it? The point I was really trying to make was if i placed the order for the same amount of time it takes to make the item, then why didnt they cook the order instead of waiting until I got there..?

I agree. It happened to me too. Nooo, I don't have an extra 1/2 before I need to be at work. Do most people???

The service at tgis location is frequently lacking. I even have a lot of patience having worked in food service myself. Since there are different kids working there each time i go there, I feel the problem must lie with the management.
