Positive: Location Negative: No hot breakfast. No pool or hot tub even though it was advertised to have both. Major disapointment. Learned a valuable lesson next time I'm gonna call the hotel to make sure it has what it advertises

This hotel is very run down, there was noise all night. We could hear everyone around us and above us. The dining area was very poor quality and there was a man who was living in his truck in the parking lot using the eating area to get food. The whole hotel was very low end. This is not what I would expect for a cost of $263 US which translated to $316 cdn!! Our door was not locked when we arrived, the outside door to hotel back entrance was broken and anyone could walk in. There was a guy just sitting in the hallway and with the door not locking made us very nervous. The sink in the bathroom was all cracked and discoloured, the tub had the non slip matt tore out. There were no cups in the room to use and they had none at reception. The pool was drained and we could not use it. When I had called they told me there was a pool to use. I consider this hotel very poor quality and we were very upset no discount was offered.

Bedbug from the laundry room. House keeping staff just sitting around and doing nothing, waiting for laundry to be y done. Every single outlet with plugged in devices from establishment hanging out from them. Can not charge a single device, because the outlets are so antique, no modern device will, safely plug into them. They all hang out, inviting any child to pit their figures on them, and get electrocuted.

Staff was pleasant. Our room was clean. Complimentary breakfast. But clients were allowed to have noisy barking dogs and allowed druggies to be loud and abnoxious and tell us us that these people are not being excessively noisy even though they are keeping us awake all night with their loud mouths. If you want a good nights sleep, avoid this motel like the corona virus and keep away!!! They also seems to notify the people of who's complaining about there noise which is against the privacy policy, straight up!!
