They have a handicap bathroom. The terrain between buildings is flat, but not paved. At a recent concert there were several people using wheel chairs.
We have handicap parking. Our Fairgrounds is one level with the exception of two exhibit halls. They are up the hill. Both of those exhibit halls do however have Handicap access ramps. Hope this helps.
