There are a few campsites yes and lots of areas to explore around with a few other marked lakes in the area with more campsites.
There are two sites on the water here and I have seen campers in both. These are rustic sites and there are no bathrooms, running water, etc. Smaller campers (less than 30ft) will fit no problem, large ones might be a tight squeeze and challenging to turn around.
