Found this last minute as a stopover and there were plenty of sites open (on a weekday in late June). Electric only but there was potable water available to fill my tank and a dump station. Sites were private and wooded.

Spent 4 days there. Electric only, water spigots around and on entry to area. Dump station. Sites of different sizes and levels Whole area is covered with trees so shade everywhere. Will return in the future.

Lots of individual and one group campsite in the woods above Eau Galle Reservoir. No views of the lake. A variety of horse trails through the woods. It can be pretty buggy, especially mosquitos.

You don't need a pass. It's a great campground enjoy your weekend.
There is a private residence on the drive to campground that has firewood for sale out front. And the campground has a spot to sell it but I haven't seen any here for sale in my three trips this summer.
yes there is! Not sure when/if it gets shut off for winter though.
I don't know. We camped in August and the reservoir was normal.

Yes dogs are allowed. Just make sure to clean up after them and keep on a leash if not well behaved. Otherwise bring the puppy dogs!!
