The river
Yes, the river area has plenty of spots.
They can play in the river. There are places that are deep that you can swim a little in.
If kids just want to get wet this is the place. It is not meant to be a place for serious swimmers. If you rent a canoe the river is so shallow in many places it will have to be pushed and pulled through the water. My grandchildren love it.

Yes there's a slide on the rock and the river goes back as far as you want. You can rent canoes there as well.
