The Watson Mill Bridge State Park Trail Map shows the Ridge Loop Trail (0.75 mile), the Beaver Creek Trail (1.5 miles), and another trail north of the river and east of Watson Mill Road (2.5 miles) as Hiking & Biking Trails.
Not that I know of, but Ft. Yargo has a bunch! Usually no bikes are allowed on horse trails.
