Why is there gas in Indianapolis at $2.88 and gas in St Paul is $3.21 a gallon ? Asking for a friend

Because your in a different state who's road taxes are more.

I think it's because you're halfway or about between Indianapolis and Cincinnati, they're about. And it's a truck stop out in the middle of nowhere. But, they do have good service there, nice Subway and McDonald's
