The restrooms were clean, store clean and well stocked. During a stop at night I was approached by a man while fueling for money. The same man then moved, sat in front of the store asking everyone else for money as well. I don't mind giving to those in need, but not while fueling or others trying to enter a business.

Ms. Krista and Ms. Tonya went above and beyond when I needed to fax important documents. The system had some technical issues at first but they made me feel loved at Loves with world class customer service. Thanks a ton Ladies!

Not too bad on price for gas but unfortunately more than we we need it to be but not really much they can do about that. It's expensive everywhere. The staff is very friendly and tries to make everyone feel important

Incredible job by the store staff in a very dangerous situation - About 4 PM on May 21st I was travelling from Indianapolis to Cincinnati along I-74 when I stopped at the Love's in St. Paul, Indiana. As I was filling up I heard tornado sirens in the distance and knew there was an active alert, but I thought the cell had already passed to our West. I went inside to get some snacks when suddenly the power went out as the wind and rain started gusting very strongly outside. There were probably 20 customers in the store, including a number of children, and no one was sure what to do. The store manager (I think) said very loudly but calmly that everyone needed to get into the Subway freezer NOW. The store staff quickly guided us in there and and asked us to get down, then we waited about 20 minutes until the warning expired. The staff was very calm and professional throughout and it was clear to me they are well trained and well led. Apparently an F1 tornado was close to us while we were there. Although the store was not hit directly by the tornado I am very grateful for the actions of the store manager and staff because if it had hit us we stood the best chance to avoid injury directly because of their quick and correct actions.
