As noted below - either a branch or our customer service center can get you squared away. You can also login to Online Banking (or Mobile) and use the conversation feature. Essex Bank is also exploring adding some further debit card controls, but they aren't quite ready for release.
If you call any branch or, easier yet, 804-934-9999 and the customer service rep can take that information for you and make sure your card will work.
