I've had nothing but great experiences there. The staff has been helpful and friendly to couples with young kids and hectic dinner rush.
We had an enjoyable time, everything was fine.
Sadly we showed up at 8:00 with the open flag out and the doors wide open. Being new to your pub we walked in and sat down and were told that the kitchen closed 15 minutes ago and asked us what we wanted. I said I'd like to get a burger and they said no. I asked what are my options? They said, "a beer". Then they went outside and took the open flag down brought us each a beer and the check. To be quite honest your beer is very good. But there's also a lot of good beer closer to our home with people that seem more eager to serve us. I felt like I really inconvenienced your server. I'm very sorry for that.
This is the owner, what happened? I dont expect anyone to be rude to our customers
