I can only speak for their service department, but when it comes to dealing with a pain like my wife's car's radio issues they were extremely helpful. Wasn't a fun process for either side and it looks like we finally got it done in as timely a manner as possible.

Poor staffing in parts. Had to stand around for 10min before I was acknowledged by anyone in the dealership. Even rang the bell on the desk.

Great people to work with. The staff was fantastic. They make you feel right at home. I traveled over an hour from the Boston area and it was well worth it. Subaru dealers in my area were all price gouging, adding additional equipment and had inflated dealer prep fees. Well worth the drive from anywhere.

The short answer is...we don't know...the law requires the bumper to be properly secured...ie...no missing clips. We are charged with making sure vehicles conform to the rules. The technician does not get to guess whether the bumper will remain secure.
We charge $39.95 and only if you have not purchased your vehicle here...I believe the $100 was for the repair needed to complete the inspection.

If you have purchased the car from us...there is usually no charge for state inspection. If you have purchased at another dealership the charge is $39.95
