Slept overnight in my car there because of a shredded trailer tire. They took me in before their official 'open' time and bundled a deal for me so I'd have a spare rim and tire for my trailer for next time, and also talked me out of spending more money on balancing. Even with small trailer tires, they let me get a front end alignment on my car. ✔👍
Justin, if you have an aftermarket product on your vehicle you should remove it before having work performed in that area. That is just common sense. The job of any salesperson is to upsell to a customer. I know the workers there and they will always replace standard valve stems. If your vehicle has TPMS then they will only replace them if they are faulty. A phone quote is going to be for what you asked about. I'm a mechanic myself and I will only give a rough price to repair something. As for ripping the bead on an old tire, that happens to a lot of tires as the rubber is old and harder to remove. I always warn customers that I can't guarantee getting an old tire off without damaging the bead. So if you think you can do the job better then go to tire tech schooling and show them how to do it.
They'll upsell you anything so probably. Last time I went there They charged me over twice what they quoted me on the phone, upsold me a couple valve stems I didn't need, ripped the bead on my tire and never gave me my aftermarket valve stem caps back.
Watch your back, they sales you everything you don't need.
