Safeway parking is limited to either 1 or 2 hours for unmarked spaces
15 min parking has a green curb and you can only park for 15 min. Other than handicapped (blue curbs) you can park in the parking lot for free.
Free parking. Don't be scared.
I would think it means you can only park 15 mins, but I'm sure those parking spaces are for other establishments. Safeway parking is not limited.
