Their seating policy is order first, then seat yourself. There are no reservations but it works because they serve the food quickly and service the tables regularly.
I suggest going as soon as they open on a weekday, if possible. Of my three visits, the fastest service was a weekday soon after they opened at 11:30 a.m. Worst was in the middle of lunch hour on a week day.
I don't know about reservations but the turn over is really fast. They move tables around to accommodate your party. You walk in, order at the counter and sit wherever you like. You put your order number on your table and they bring your food. They have seating outside also. Definitely one of my favorite places to go.
no
No, the seating is very informal. You line up and order, and once you do you can take a seat if there are any available, if not you have to wait.
I don't believe they do. From when I went you place your order first then find a seat if there are any available. Since it was a busy day the day I went and all the tables were full they halted the line for ordering until tables opened up.
I'm sure they do for large parties
