Miguel if i was you, i would call the corporate office and complain about the quality of the food and service. Remember KFC is a franchised business, but the corporate office does not like to hear about the mismanagement of one of their restuarants. They will take care of you, even if they have to refer you to another KFC. Also you can be assured that corporate will also make sure that the restuarant in question starts getting their act together.
