Why do employees at walmart use handy cap stall an talk on Their cell phones on their breaks ?? I am handy cap and this is not right Maybe put a sign on door stating handy cap only. Not for employees. If their working, their not handy cap.

They need to use the handy cap stall because the footy cap stall is too loud. Please wait and they should be done talking shortly.

No one should use a handicap stall unless they are handicapped or a Mother with young children. No one else period!! No exceptions!! It is rude as handicapped people cannot easily use any other stall!!! Others can. If you need to talk on the phone go to a quiet area in the store.
