They have trouble keeping good help at night there
the main problem in that area is most of the kids are going for bigger Dollar jobs down towards Indy or fort Wayne or over towards South bend Mishawaka to Goshen so you have very little to draw from in the area
they r very slow there for some reason! good help is impossible to get😣
