Mcdonalds is horrible went and parked there for 5min today waiting for my kids to tell me what they wanted to eat so we could go in and order and also doing doordash and the manager came out told me I had to leave or he was calling the cops few min later 4 cops pulled up behind me and asked what was going on I explained to them and they left I came back to pick up a order for doordash and they was yelling stuff at my kids and I telling a minor to chase my car down and yell stuff at me and then came over to Casey's to sit and they sent him over to yell stuff at me and harass me more so I called the cops and they didn't do nothing besides go talk to them and they told him to tell me I'm not allowed back there so I guess they lost my service and I will be letting people know not to order from there or go there anymore since they want to treat customers bad and call the cops on them

Absolutely horrible experience, I waited 27minutes in spot 4. I never received my food. I checked the doors they were locked. I drove around and waited another 8min in the drive thru. Finally when one of the kids answered to take my order. I explained the situation and her and the other employees laughed about it out. I need my money returned and it would be nice to see some management take charge.

I went through the drive through today around 5:30pm 5/14/2022 for a Fish Sandwich Meal with large fries and large diet coke. The Fish Sandwich was dried out and barely edible!!! For the price of over $9.00 !!! What a rip off!!! All I ever hear about McDonald's in Ligonier Ind is how bad the food is and I agree with everyone now !!!!🤢
