It is very much allowed. U can either rent pick-nick tables, or just go there & use some. If people see a ton of people there and realize its a party, they shouldn't bug u much 😊
Kids be allowed because whenever I was there last time there is just one family who had a birthday party for their little boy for his like 2nd birthday party and they allowed it so they should allow it since I was there last month
I would think that you could because when I was there last there was a group of people having a birthday party.
