Any business that has poor functionality is a reflection of management and ownership

The best thing to do is stop shopping at Wal Mart because they don't respect your business

There should be at least 10 checkout lanes open . Then self checkout. They need to have more cashier lanes open. That would help

That would be a lack of customer service a lack of scheduling. The assistant managers should schedule their Associates according to how busy we be doing today

Because they don't care about the customers. The store is run by kids/teenagers. Reporting anything to a manager on duty is a waste of time. We have to report our complaint's to corporate then hopefully something will be done.
