You can retire there but it cannot be your permanent resident I know they allow pets but you have to have it leashed and you have to have full control of them as in state laws. It's a very nice clean Campground wonderful owner, family and work and or employee campers.

Retiring here is not possible. This cannot be used as a permanent residence. Pets are welcome anytime as long as they are leashed and you pick up after them when walked.
