Great staff, but how come no matter how long the line or day there is only one cashier?

Large staff turn over low wages. Maybe could be managed better. Beter training for staf. Could help with this problem. Send complaints to Duncin' Donuts. The more they get the better they can resolve the problem. Sorry for your poor service .

If service was better inside maybe people would be more willing to go inside instead of the drive thru

No its not lack of staff they'll have eight people running the drive-thru and one doing the counter that is not lack of staff that is poor management
