I dont know what the heck people are talking about on here for reviews I loved the staff they are very helpful Michelle is great she make sure the customers are safe and when people dont protect the other people there then she has to have them leave The rooms are clean and their is no bugs Its also great is they have a laundry mate

Last Resort type of place. Staff is so accustomed to dealing with lowlife individuals so they tend to treat even the decent people as if they were undesirable people. Be careful about missing the deadline to submit your weekly rent, as they have no issue whatsoever and locking you out.

I stayed there for a little over a year. Had to leave all my stuff behind when I left because that place is INFESTED with bed bugs. Thousands and thousands, we bought foggers and pesticides and anything we could find to try and keep my daughter from getting bit night after night. The owner doesn't care, all he cares about is how much money it would cost him and it's everyone's fault but his own. You have to pay a $50 "cable box deposit" before you move in and it is in all reality it is a security deposit. I left my cable box but they refuse to return the deposit because "I cost them too much money as it is" Michelle at the office does nothing but gossip, all I ever hear from the residents there is what new thing she had to say about myself or my room. She wonders why people like me don't like her but she's just one of those people, that needs the drama. Apparently that's not something you grow out of. It was a good place when I had nowhere to go, but don't forget if you stay there, you won't be able to take anything when you leave unless you want to take the bed bugs along with you.
