Horrible service! Older sever with glasses. We were seated promptly, waited 10 minutes and got ready to leave. Then took our order very rudely! Snide attitude, interupted my husband while he was ordering. Ignored my request for coffee and food was not great! *Back to Benedict's, better, friendlier servers and great food! Worth the wait!*
I know the waiter your talking about I believe she is gone now I go there regularly and have great service and food for breakfast but one time I got the older lady wit the glasses and yes she screwed my order up and was terrible so I complained and never got her again but I still go there and have not seen her here again so plz try again and just if there is a waiter you dont enjoy or if something takes to long just ask to have whatever the problem is addressed and it will be felt whith thank you
It's a cheep chain....You're expecting gold from a coal mine. Go to a family restaurant if you want the best instead of the mcdonalds of breakfast joints.
Fully agreed. I have tried going twice and received horrible service both times. I will not go back again.
It can be hit or miss with service. My solution is realizing that I am there not to pay top dollar, so the service I get won't be top dollar as well.
We have had really bad service there too.
