Yes, they do...in the back!
I do not think dogs are allowed.
They have outdoor seating. We were there first of Aug 2017. And a lot of it is shaded which is nice. You can be seated where the boats pull up on the intracoastal waterway. Buy you have to be seated by the hostess which they are inside the restaurant. I'm not sure about dogs being able to sit outside with you.
There's no outdoor seating unless you're just waiting for a table/drinking. They have a rocking chair setup on the back porch. All the table are indoors with the bar area having big windows they can roll up.
