We sat at the bar today, which we don't normally do anywhere. We just like regular tables so we can face each other while we eat and chat. Today there was a wait for seats because it's a holiday, but there were open seats at the bar. I'm so glad we sat at the bar! We enjoyed interacting with the bartenders, who all gave excellent service from start to finish. The raw oysters were amazing and the steamed Old Bay shrimp were also very good. My Old-Fashioned was made perfectly. We will be going back when we're in the area again for sure!

Shuckin' Shack has a delicious variety of seafood. Their oyster are amazing, their southern boils very tasty, their po' boys are supreme, their drinks are powerful, and the service is awesome. We tried the grilled oysters and they were out of this world. Additionally, the music they play and multiple screens, let you have a great time.

Atmosphere is nice and beachy. They have a range of food to offer you: Oysters, Crab Legs, Clams, Shrimp, Country Boils, Fish (variety of types), Tacos, Po-Boys, Shrimp ‘N Grits, Seafood Sandwiches, and a variety of Starters. All are very excellent and there’s a different daily special. The beer is cold and they have a good many on tap. I reccomended stopping by if you have the time.

My husband and I stop here after the beach. Great variety of food and friendly service. Our last trip we had the lobster bisque, hush puppies and the Chargrilled Oysters. So delicious! See you again soon! …Thank for being repeat visitors! That's the ultimate compliment.

We do not take reservations, however if you call, we can provide the current wait time. Also as a reminder, for large parties over 6 we encourage you to try to make early dinner plans. We have 9 tables and only 4 of those seat 6 or more guests.
They serve local stump sound oysters a lot.....they are not as salty but little sweet......great oysters and great food there
Yes, we have tables that are accessible as well as safety bars in the restrooms.
The state of NC has issued orders that limit our occupancy to 50% as well as requiring our employees to wear face coverings at all times. We adhere to this guiday.
Save your money and eat somewhere else. The portions are small and it's priced high
We have beef sliders and in June we will be offering a full size burger.
Why would you want them to? That's part of the fun of eating oysters!!!!
