Last time I heard, the last wash is 10:00. Policy might have changed. I don't work there, and usually wash clothes in the morning. I don't know to much about the night hours. sorry.
The attendant closed the doors at 9pm. I really needed to wash a load of linens. I was disadvantaged. Please clarify what time the doors are actually closed and then convey that to your staff... I do appreciate that you even responded to my initial inquiry.
