There is a new employee that has been there for the past three weeks I believe she is very rude she gets an attitude when you ask her for help or laundry detergent and she puts your money on the counter if I hand you my money in your hand I would like it returned back in my hand and she also snatches the money from you when you hand it to her. VERY POOR Customer Service. I normally see the owner in the morning on Sundays she needs to start coming in again around that time.

Good washers clean nice attendees in south west Philly

One of the cleanest laundry mats in the area. They stay packed. I usually go as as soon as they open (7am M-F and 6am Saturday and Sunday). Friendly staff too. Washing prices went up but still worth going as the people here are pretty friendly.
