Tall Elite Fescue is out of season right now, it is a winter grass and like the cold and damp. Prices at the store I think are about $170 to $190, I don't know how much to install. Sorry I'm not in that part of the process.
Usually 2 dffrnt pallets of sod( 250sq ft or 500sq ft...ill install if the price is right..im a mailman but i do know grass...enjoy !!
Fescue only sold certain times of the year. Pallet usually covers 500ish sq feet.
They don't install. You'll need a landscaping company for that.
