Great experience! Kelly Darnell was very knowledgeable and helped me get the sod I needed on the day I needed it with pretty short notice. I have to say, the quality of the actual sod is the best I’ve ever purchased as well. I don’t see myself going elsewhere again. Highly recommend!

Our Soil³ compost is perfect for improving soil quality. It can be applied as a thin layer of top dressing over existing grass during the growing season - now would be a good time to do that or wait until next Spring. Soil³ comes in BigYellowBags which are 1 cubic yard - or Mini Cubes which are 1 cubic foot - those are good for treating smaller areas. Checkout information on our website about topdressing. I would also recommend coming in to our store for some advice - you can bring photos of your lawn to help us see what you might need.
Tall Elite Fescue is out of season right now, it is a winter grass and like the cold and damp. Prices at the store I think are about $170 to $190, I don't know how much to install. Sorry I'm not in that part of the process.
I was there Monday, and they said they were expecting zoysia on Wednesday, which is today. They may have some. They have a great staff.
