It's the hot tub public or in an upgraded room?

There was a public hot tub, but I did not stay in an upgraded room, so there may be ones available.

What about a microwave and mini fridge?

There is a public hot tub next to the indoor pool. There are no hot tubs in any of the guest rooms.

It might "look" a little dirty but its rust stains from the well water. Of course the water IS clean and chemically treated. Enjoy!

I only know of the oublic hot tub.
