I was really impressed with the service department at Bosak Nissan! After not being able to get in anywhere quickly, they were able to accommodate me to check my car out before an upcoming trip. They were very thorough, friendly, and enthusiastic about getting the job done. I really appreciated their help. The cherry on top was that they even cleaned the inside of my windshield where I had smears I couldn't get rid of. I didn't even ask them to do that! They went above and beyond and I really appreciate them!!!

Walked in not anticipating on purchasing a vehicle but Eli worked with us and found our perfect price point with all the options we were looking for. Nick made sure we were in good hands as well. The process wasn't time consuming and not pressure felt. Overall a great experience.

Great Service with repairs and reasonable prices. I love my Nissan Altima Sr. And keeping your car up to date on what needs to be done is a way to keep your car up& riding smoothly should be a priority. Especially when it comes to your Car. I have to say the reason I gave a three star is because I use to feel like home there. I didn’t get that feeling today with I first walked in. It was more like a stare and not welcoming. But both women there covered for the ones who were sitting down, and outside for a very long time who didn’t acknowledge or cared about you being there getting service. Thumbs up to the receptionist and the one lady who collects the money including the manager in repairs.

Our three-year lease of our Nissan rogue was was ending February 2022. Customer service representatives started reaching out to us several months early about ending our lease by trading it for a new vehicle. With Covid causing car shortages we decided it was better to just purchase the car at the end of the lease. Even after telling them this they continued almost daily to text, email and call asking us to come in and finalize the transaction. This became almost overwhelming to the point of being annoying. When we were finally ready to make the payoff, It took two telephone calls on two different days with two different people to set an appointment because the Service representatives are not knowledgeable about this process. With each telephone call my husband asked for the person we would be meeting with to call and walk us through the procedures because we had not done this before. The calls were never received. We arrived exactly at our appointment time to be told there was no official appointment and we just needed to sit there until all walk-in clients had been serviced by sales representatives. What is the purpose in making an appointment if you actually don’t have one. Would you reserve a table at a restaurant or make a hair cut appointment only to be told on arrival that a walk in was taken before you? The lovely front desk employee, understanding our annoyance, located the sales manager who was extremely helpful in taking over the process. What we should have been told was that the dealership has to assume ownership of the leased vehicle and then we are buying the car from them as if it was a used car. This process took an hour and 15 minutes of signing papers with both the sales person and finance person who of course tried to sell us financing options and warranty coverage as that is his job, but again aggravating since they knew we just wanted to write the check and leave. Everyone was as nice as they could be but something needs to change with the process of setting up the appointments, answering questions beforehand and letting the customers know what to expect. Buying a car is never an enjoyable experience

Questions & Answers

Thanks that definitely helps for sure. The fob works and will start the car. We just need a key to get in as you stated. Do you happen to know the pricing for 2012 Nissan rogue SV AWD?

Unfortunately I do not. But from the sounds of it you just need a dummy key to unlock the door. So not too expensive as you will not be purchasing a fob. Call in the morning and they should be able to quote you over the phone.

Yes you can. Unfortunately we are closed on Sundays. We open up mon at 7am. But they can cut by your vehicles vin number to get in the vehicle. But in order to drive the vehicle it must be programmed by a technician. If the fob left in the vehicle will start the car you can get in with the key we cut. Then use fob to start it. Unfortunately if the car won't start you will need it towed in to be programmed. You need the car at the dealership. And yes it can be done in a day. Just call in as early as 7am Monday morning and a service advisor can work everything out to get you moving again.
