We provide a receipt with the transaction. However, transporting across state lines into a state that doesn’t recognize recreational cannabis laws, is still illegal. They have the right to prosecute regardless of it’s legal purchase in the state of Michigan. Unfortunately, until cannabis is federally legal or accepted in every state, this will continue to be an issue. We would still love to have you stop by for the experience! It doesn't matter if you bought it in a state that's legal if it's not legal in your state it's not legal in your state. It doesn't matter if he went somewhere else and bought a legally if you can't possess it in your state and you can't possess that in your state
